ACAI - Two components

1. GP Incentives Component

An incentive payment through the PIP to encourage GPs to provide more services in RACFs

2. Allied Health Services Component

The provision of allied health services identified through a local needs assessment for services not funded by Medicare or other government sources.

Wound Management Clinical Consultant

A Wound Management Consultant has been contracted by the GP Association of Geelong to receive referrals from GPs for Commonwealth Funded residents of Aged Care Facilities with chronic and complex wounds.
