Our practice has a flexible system that enables us to accommodate patients with urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative health needs. The Doctors and Staff practice in a professional, ethical and friendly manner fulfilling all aspects of RACGP and GPA Accreditation. Our broad range of highly trained Doctors and Staff enable us to provide an abundance of additional services to the community. Our Nurses currently run Pap Smear Clinics weekly, immunisation days, chronic disease management, care plans, health assessment audits and recall and reminder systems. The Geelong City Medical Clinic was awarded the RACGP Victorian Clinic of the Year in 2007 and the Judges Award for the Geelong Business and Excellence Awards. If medical attention is required outside of our surgery hours patients can obtain a home visits by phoning our surgery. When our practice is closed our telephone has an answering machine advising patients of this service and the nearest 24 hour emergency contact. Practice Manager: Katie Fox
