Located in the Market Place Shopping Centre, Ocean Grove the Clinic is deemed DWS thus GPs receive Vocational Registration rebates. The practice is modern and well staffed with a team of Div One nurses, skilled GPs (male & female) and regular placement for student nurses all serving the community. Pathology Collection Centre operates on site and a retail pharmacy next-door provides pharmaceutical & healthcare aids. The Clinic runs an after hours service (5 nights a week) and is fully computerised with internet access from each consulting room. Our computerised billing system networks with Best Practice clinical software that receives test results via a secure Referral Network. The treatment room is equipped with ECG machine, Spirometer, oxygen, defibrillator and several special diagnostic services eg. Demoscope. A wide variety of immunisations & travel medicine, Care Plans, plasters, excisions, minor surgical procedures, cervical smears, skin checks, pregnancy tests are undertaken by qualified clinical team. Ambulance service is 7 minutes away with travelling time to Geelong ED, 20 minutes. Epic Health has a network of local allied health practitioners including diabetes educator, podiatrist, massage therapist, psychologist, osteopath, dietician and strong relationships with local medical specialists.
