With fully computerised record keeping, the practice is able to bulk bill all patients who have a Medicare card. The professional and friendly staff at Corio Bay Medical Centre are able to efficiently service the vast community catering for people from non English speaking backgrounds. Full time nursing care is available to assist and support Doctors with patient care. On site pathology and counseling services are available, as well as a physiotherapist, podiatrist, dietitian and diabetes educator. Corio Bay Medical Centre is accredited by AGPAL which recognises the practice's ongoing commitment to patient safety and quality standards. General Practitioners: Dr Abbas Mahmood, Dr Denise Ruth, Dr Ala'a Al-Murieb Open Hours: Mon- Fri: 9am - 6pm, Saturdays: 8.30am-12.30pm Closed on Public Holidays During week days after hours visits are only bulk billed for palliative care and terminally ill patients. All other patients will incur an out-of-pocket fee of between $30.00 - $70.00. On the weekends after hour services are covered by a locum service and patients are bulk billed.
